I am really excited to share my recent experience at the Sacred Gathering of Women event, where 75 brave and shining souls gathered to discover their flow and learn about the elements while learning about themselves. The experience was magical and true healing was in the air.
In this episode I also speak to the elements of air, fire, water and earth, and to the most unlikely Maester of Fear, the character of Aangh, in the Netflix series the Avatar, the Last Air Bender.
From this premise of our healing with the elements we unpack fear and I share what I have learned from the brilliant and talented Maester, Elizabeth Gilbert, the author of Eat, Pray, Love. Through the Calm App, I learned from her Masterclass, about her perspective of fear and how to move with fear and not let it drive our actions, or stop our creativity-our life's flow.
I hope you enjoy this episode.
Please share this episode with whomever you think needs to hear it.
