Trauma for any of us is understandably something which takes a long time to recover from whether it is psychological, emotional, physical or mental trauma. It sadly comes in many forms.
We often don't realise the true and deep impact of such a traumatic incident in our life till it happens to us. We can take years to recover; sometimes not fully recovering at all. Many people around us; family and friends try to help us along the way but the person we need the most to help us fully recover is ourselves and often that's the hard part of the journey. We struggle to recognise that we need help; sometimes we are still 'trapped in a trauma state' not fully recognising that we have actually left the place that caused us trauma in the first place.
It might often need a stranger to fully pull us out of the bear trap that we have unconsciously an subconsciously trapped ourselves in.
This podcast is a reminder for many who still find themselves trapped in past trauma; past pain; past hurt and unable to move 'forward'. I hope and pray you realise your worth and your are able to start 'living' again.
Big Blessings.
