Yes, we know we missed a week. But we had some “stuff” happen and time escaped us! Also, did not help our motivation with this selection, the uplifting, motivational, inspiring….(clearly not), 1899 novella Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad and the 1979 Francis Ford Coppola movie Apocalypse Now.
We thought we had enough practice with prior episodes that we were ready to take on some heavier subject matter. Guess what we learned? We are definitely not ready. But join us as we try to tackle this historical content. This episode we will talk history and background of Joseph Conrad as well as all things film that the story inspired.
We hope you join us next week for R2 - and let us know how we can improve. All feedback will be very appreciated as we regroup and resume with some more “lighter” subject matter for June.
