Are you suffering from a lack of freedom? You're not alone!

If you're very new to this show, you might not be aware of this.

As well as being a clinical hypnotherapist, life coach and NLP Master Practitioner, this podcast's host Danielle Barnett (theNOWcoach) is also a singer.

Before the pandemic, when she wasn't helping people transform their lives through her coaching, you'd find her on stages performing with her band Urban Cookie Collective.

And the fact that she can't currently perform as freely as she was previously able has really affected her.

"In my singing field of work, it's felt like things have just been very unfair.

I’ve noticed they’ve been testing opening up stadiums for sporting events. It seems it's okay if 60,000 people are watching the football and up to 120,000 people are doing other sports stuff which seems to be allowed.

If it was one rule for everybody, it would make it a bit fairer, but it hasn't been like that."

This episode's for you if you've also felt the tight bind of the restrictions.

The real therapists join Danielle in breaking down the subject of freedom and offering some insight into where those feelings come from.

There's also a handy exercise you can join in with.

This episode's team of real therapists include:

Kate Ryley - the Selfish Freedom coach. Free yourself from unwanted thoughts & feelings and come alive with life! Find out how at selfishfreedom.com

Suzana Panasian - specialising in NLP coaching and Ayurvedic Therapy for mind and body at www.suzanapanasian.com

Host of the podcast Danielle Barnett is theNOWcoach and she can be reached at https://www.daniellebarnett.coach/
