Resonating with the note F helps you overcome many kinds of physical difficulties.
The Heart Chakra is a place of expansiveness, endurance, happiness, and a place to release. The note F assists you with bearing the unbearable emotionally and physically.
The Heart Chakra is where we awaken expression and compassion. It is where we express healing energies and higher love. This is where our energy bodies sense our purpose. This is where we gain our connection with brotherhood, life, and nature.
All and all, the Heart Chakra is the center of the entire Chakra system. It helps connect the lower earthly energies and the higher spiritual energies. Allow this to be a safe place for you to clear your mind, take a deep breath, meditate, do yoga, or do anything else that allows you to relax and heal. Allow your mind to wander. Use this time to disconnect from the workweek as you approach the weekend and free yourself from the chaos. Allow yourself to be free.
