There have only been three films that have swept the "big five" Oscars. And this one, the ONLY so-called horror film to win, is the last to win Best Picture, Director, Actor, Actress, and Screenplay. The Silence of the Lambs scared us all when we first saw it in the theatres in 1991 ... and we keep coming back for more.
