RUN, EAT, and DRINK Internationally with Rhonda Lee Kirk-MacDonald

In this episode, we talk with a member of the “Runcation Nation who makes our show international. It is our pink-haired princess, Rhonda Lee! She recaps the Cape Breton Marathon Weekend for us, so if anyone wants to get to Canada, she has recommendations for you! It is a smaller race weekend, with a distance for everyone, fabulous bling, and more!

Find out more about the race weekend itself here: https://www.capebretonfiddlersrun.com/

Did she talk about post-race exploring and indulging? Of course. She had to give Aimee the skinny on where to get the most excellent coffee, and you must tell them that Rhonda Lee sent you!

Check out the Ugly Mug on Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/UglyMugCafeEmporium

Want tasty diner food and all-day breakfast options post-race? Try Selkie’s Neighborhood Diner! Eggs Benedict and Wild Blueberry French Toast? Yes, to all of it after the running is done!

Check out Selkie’s here: https://www.facebook.com/mermaidfoodcb/about.

Did she have an excellent recommendation for dinner and drinks? Of course! Our mouths were watering when she talked about Mushroom Risotto and the incredible drinks available at 7 By 7. You must check out the drink Rhonda Lee enjoyed called the Empress Sunrise Fishbowl in our episode
