Rosie Mitchell is a 63 year old lady from Zimbabwe currently living in Cape Town (South Africa).

Rosie is an ultra runner, graphic designer, Vert.run athlete and so much more. Rosie is one of our most loyal and dedicated athletes, she’s had an incredible and super inspiring personal story which you will discover in today’s conversation, and she’s currently training for a 100m race in the US.

In this episode, we will talk about her experience at the 2023 Comrades Marathon, the largest and oldest ultramarathon in the world, about what it means to be tough and how her concept of toughness has changed through running, about her incredible story of how she started running, how she got into ultra running and how she survived a terrible accident thanks to the fact that she’s an athlete.
