Carlos Ferrer Fernández is a trail runner from Paris and the managing director of the newsletter Mile and Stone. I invited Carlos on the podcast after following his newsletter for a while, and discovering a great project that I feel like is contributing to more knowledge, better information and more professionalization in the trail and ultra running space. In this episode, we chat about the genesis of this newsletter, why it’s particularly interesting and how it’s structured, we talk about some of the current and most popular topics of discussions of our sports, and some of its developments, from an economical and structural standpoint.

If you’re a passionate trail runner, if you want to find a job in the trail space, if you want ty stay updated with the most recent news related to our sport, I encourage you all to sign up to Mile and Stone:
