As I've told you before, affirmations don't work for me. I get nothing out of telling myself half-truths while standing in front of a mirror with my hands on my hips in my best Super Woman pose.
But you know what does work for me? Using manifestation and journaling to create my dream life. I start by manifesting my dream life, and then use journaling to help me make that manifestation my reality. There is something incredible that happens when you couple a strong vision of your best life with the belief that you have the power to make it a reality. And while you can write about what you're manifesting, you'll find that as a tool, journaling can be best used to address the personal road blocks and limiting beliefs that are standing between you and your best life.
Grab your pen and notebook because this episode will be the kick-start you've been looking for to finally start a weekly journaling practice!
