Nerves may not be pleasant but it is less damaging than regrets. Welcome to the third in our 4-part focus all about stretching our comfort zone - and this one is all about how to steady the nerves and channel short-term discomfort into long-term growth and confidence. We are joined by the fabulous Performance Coach Karl Green who shares his tips from a life on the stage for accessing a performance mindset, and practical advice for those stretch moments.
Creating a calm, happy, successful life for ourselves sometimes means we need to say Yes to the things that it could be easier to decline. If we always say no to opportunities at some point this can impact our confidence and self-belief. They say life begins outside your comfort zone, so we discuss ways to minimise stress and anxiety and take a considered approach to the leaps in life.
Ideal listen for anyone who knows they could do with a stretch, and helpful for managers who can see someone in their team who could really benefit from giving something a go.
Connect with Karl via LinkedIn or check out his site The Performance Coach London or via his Insta for gorgeous confidence-boosting inspiration.
