This 4-part series focuses on how we can take a genuine approach to D&I in our workplaces in order to create a thriving culture together. Equality, Diversity and Inclusion are big words for society in general which need to be carefully navigated to future-proof a successful team culture. To be different is to be human but we humans don’t always make it easy. In this first one we are honoured to be joined by the award-winning Nzinga Orgill MBA, CEO & Founder at RaCExpert Ltd. The more complicated and difficult it all seems, the less likely we are to engage with it which creates more exclusion - and runs the risk of being left behind in todays fast-moving world.
Nzinga gives an overview of this hot topic in a simple and straightforward way and shares her practical advice for opening the safe, brave space that is required to be able to solve the problems and challenges. Being open to feedback and communicating with openness and respect. Holding ourselves to account and taking action.
You can read more via Nzinga's website and she can be contacted via LinkedIn
