In this podcast I discuss everything you probably DON’T want to hear about why you need to lose weight if your belly is bigger than your hips.

There are several other illnesses that can be directly related to being overweight; type 2 diabetes being at the top of the list. Some, such as a heart attack & stroke, seem immediate, but the factors that went into them have probably been slowly percolating away in your body for the past 20 years. High blood-sugar levels for several years are probably what has caused your excess weight.

Almost all of these illnesses & diseases can be reversed, or at least the symptoms can be neutralized, if you make a few changes to your lifestyle. The biggest thing to take from this podcast is to try & limit your blood-sugar levels! I discuss why this is so important and ways you can achieve this.

I also discuss depression, and how your blood-sugar levels have a direct influence on how your mind reacts.

People getting healthier is the aim of all of my podcasts. A healthy body will give you more enjoyable years to share. We only get one shot at life, and I want mine to be healthy & happy.
