Why are some people so much more likely to become large than others? Could it be a metabolic difference? In this podcast I discuss the very strong possibility that the answer could lie in the hormone Insulin. This is the hormone that traps blood-sugar, among its many other tasks.

If you are currently overweight & trying to lose weight, then I suggest you listen to this podcast. I will explain what I believe is happening inside your body; why you continue to put on body-fat, and what you can do to stop… and reverse… this process.
