Breaking up causes a lot of challenges in life and it also presents us with a new phase, it's something that we can really welcome with open arms if we are willing to see past our present drama. In fact, most challenges that arise like this, that would otherwise distract you from life, may be able to be accomplished with this shift of perspective. This is what I'd call leaning into the flow, and feeling and embracing the pain so that you can maintain the movement. In this episode I talk about how much I'm struggling and how this breakup is harder than I imagined. Partly because this is the first woman I dated in the past 5 years while I thought I was gay. Coming back to loving a woman was very profound and honestly, now that its happened I just cant get enough but that's not to say I didn't learn a lot from my 5 years out of the closet, including how it helped me overcome my old homophobia.
