Have you ever decided to take charge of your health and start to share with your friends and family that you are? Many times you find that when you share this new adventure, you begin to get advice from a handful of people telling you that they were on a diet that worked wonders for them and that you should try it too. Or that dieting isn't the key that you should work out and continue eating what you want. We have all run into this at some point, and with that in mind, we put together what we think is the worst dieting advice you can get. If somebody is sharing their experience and saying you should do it too, do your research to see if you can and want to do it.

9:14- "Run those calories off"
13:44- "Cleanses are the best way to kick start fat loss"
19:50- "Cut carbs its the secret to lost fat"
24:30- "Weight lifting will make you bulky"
27:38- "Exercise is the only way to lose weight"
28:50- "Being sore and sweating a lot means a better workout"
31:35- "Get abs in 4 weeks"
33:01- "Do kick backs to grow your booty"
34:34- " Eating carbs after 8pm make you gain weight"
