Yep, we’re all aging! And some of us are enjoying this adventure with our parents! The ups and downs and even the unexpected! What a gift and opportunity! Enjoy this not-so-ordinary discussion about this not so predictable undertaking!
Because we’re living longer there can be as many as four or five generations together in a single family. As exciting as all of this sounds, the reality exists that aging can bring challenges to the family dynamic.
What types of things should we contemplate as we think about growing older? What concerns should we have about our parents? What do they expect from us? Where is the give and take? What kinds of situations can arise? Have you ever thought about it? Well there’s a few common ones I’ve encountered professionally worth discussing in today’s Aging GreatFULLy show as I impart some of my thoughts regarding key components of Aging with Aging Parents from a personal and candid point of view.
This show is a tiny glimpse into some of my Aging Rebel perspectives that I’m passionate about regarding aging, life, and circumstances that may arise, including important qualities that help beautifully usher the journey into a more fulfilling and rewarding experience for everyone. I also reveal it isn’t always easy, we don’t always have all the answers, but there are some things that should remain constant, regardless!
