Jana Bartlett Alonzo was diagnosed with an array of mental health conditions at the age of 19.
And that’s when she learned about her family legacy of depression.
But Jana didn’t want to take anti-depressants for the rest of her life. So, she began a seven-year journey to healing not just her physical body, but also her emotional, spiritual and energetic realities.
Today, Jana shares her healing process with others as the creator of Integrative Healing, her multimodality and multidimensional approach to self-healing and self-mastery.
She also serves as Founder and CEO of the School of Integrative Healing, a program for high-achieving and spiritual entrepreneurs who are ready to transform every aspect of their lives from the inside out.
