Catherine Chadwick is a mental fitness trainer with over 40 years of experience as a registered nurse, is a practitioner of applied positive psychology, a certified transformational coach, and the creator of The Sunshine Quotient®. She holds a third-degree black belt in traditional Japanese karate and loves neuroscience.
