In this episode, Chris is joined by Callen McGibbon. Callen is the Founder/CEO of REPerformance. A company to help build knowledge, understand and build confidence in youth to be active for life. Callen has also been a strength coach for nearly 20 years working at the Olympic level, NHL level, with active youth, and also served as Team Canada’s Special Olympics Power Lifting Coach. We had a great conversation about the future of health and fitness from the grass roots of high school making life long habits that will change the landscape throughout the education systems worldwide.
