Are you feeling the abundance?

“Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance.” – Eckhart Tolle “A New Earth: Awakening To Your Life’s Purpose”

Abundance is defined as, “A very large quantity of something”. In our modern, industrialised world, abundance has become synonymous with external accumulation of quantity. The challenges with this mindset are that it is limited and an illusion. We will never truly feel abundant in the external world. Many rich (materialistically wealthy) people often end up feeling trapped by their wealth and empty inside, turning to paranoia and fear. Unfortunately, this perception of abundance is perpetuated to our children to no small degree by social media, and it is only parents who can help shift the mindset by first showing up as role models themselves. The externalised concept of abundance also depletes our natural resources which are finite.

Abundance is not something that we experience externally, it is a mindset and it is felt in your entire body. It is everything that makes you fulfilled and content; love, connection, security, purpose, etc. Experiencing abundance at this level is infinite, its only limitation is our ability to tap into it and embody it. Abundance is available to anyone.
