Keeping up with the Jonses, with the Kardashians, with society, with the world. So many things we have to keep up with and for what? For the stress and worry of being compared to that of another.
What if you no longer had that worry or stress? What if you didn't compare and only appreciated?
One of the hardest and longest lessons I learned was the lesson to let go of comparing myself to others. It's amazing the feeling you have when you don't have that worry.
The lesson of today focuses on understanding what comparison really is and how we can learn to appreciate difference and ourselves while releasing the expectation of comparing one to another.
