Imposter syndrome is one of the most common topics in my coaching practice. That feeling of not being enough, like someone is going to jump out at you and say, “ I KNEW you didn't know what you were doing.” If you are in a position of leadership, you are an entrepreneur, or you are working on a new project or towards a new goal, you have likely experienced imposter syndrome. In fact, women are almost twice as likely to experience imposter syndrome than men!

In today’s podcast episode, we delve into the ‘tip’ of the imposter syndrome ‘iceberg’. We look at what it is, why it happens and some quick tips to gain some “imposter syndrome” wins.
