"GET PSYCHED" (https://www.getpsychedtutoring.com/) provides specialised coaching services to over 70 (and growing) university psychology students to maximise their academic potential - specifically developing their statistics abilities and scientific writing style as part of under-graduate and post-graduate studies. We discussed her journey in generating and working on certain ideas during the lockdown period and the importance of mental strengthening, proper scheduling, self-care, purpose and creativity to deal with challenges and move forward in life. Freya established "Get Psyched" within this time period by means of "creating her own universe" by incorporating certain principles into her everyday life, about which she elaborated in this episode.
