Fiona Rogers from Pelvic Floor Exercise talks with Dianne about pelvic floor equipment that could enhance the recovery of the pelvic floor for some postnatal mums. She highlights taking the time needed to “let yourself heal” following pregnancy and childbirth and gives advice on getting back to activity during this special time. Using her recent personal experience with recovering from wrist surgery, Fiona shares how she worked on what she could do, rather than focusing on what she couldn’t do, in her return to Crossfit training, a perspective that could be helpful to postnatal mums.
