Sequential timeline therapy will not be successful if implemented in a mechanical manner. The ordinary, empirical mind always seeks for easy formulas or recipes to follow at a superficial level, as it has no ability to penetrate into the deeper dynamics of living function.
In this episode, we explore how your multi-dimensional life force responds to shocks and trauma, and how this can set up illness and the possibility of healing.
