In this week's episode I am joined by Emma Bradbury, a personal development coach specialising in weight loss. Weight gain and a struggle to lose weight are themes commonly heard amongst women in mid life. So let's tackle these head on and think of a new way to approach weight loss in mid life.

  • the common feelings experienced by people wanting to lose weight
  • a different approach to weight loss
  • how focussing on the numbers on the scales may not give you the results you are hoping for
  • using neuro linguistic programming (NLP)for long term success

About Emma:

Emma is a (nearly) 43 year old mother of two gorgeous girls and wife of a long suffering husband. She works as a personal development coach specialising in weight loss.

After 15 years working as a multi award winning consultant for the UK's leading weight loss organisation she came to realise that weight loss isn't about what goes in your mouth, it's about what's going on in your head. Anyone can lose weight on a diet but when you stop that diet the weight goes back on. Sadly she saw it time and time again and it broke my heart every time. She knew she had to offer something different. Emma wants to help her clients identify their deeper rooted relationships with food and help them install new habits and strategies for lifelong weight loss success. She uses NLP and mBIT techniques to do this and the results she sees are phenomenal.

She offers one to one coaching, a group program and a monthly membership, all available either face to face or on Zoom.
