In the last episode I shared a body orienting exercise that prepares you to do the exercises I share today. To get the most out of today’s episode, I encourage you to listen to episode number 9 before continuing.

Dealing with anxiety is not pretty, it is often inconvenient, embarrassing and makes you self-conscious. All you want to do is be in control of yourself but when anxiety occurs, it becomes more difficult to stay in calm and collected.
If you struggle to keep symptoms of anxiety under control, today I will share two simple exercises you can use to stay regulated.

Between these two episodes you will learn more about how anxiety symptoms shows up for you, how you can notice them at first occurrence and what to do about them.

Blessings and Love 
Jenniel
