Hey, Sister-friend šŸ‘‹šŸ½

In todayā€™s episode Iā€™m going to talk about something a little different, but it is still connected to our mental health as women. I decided to talk about this topic today as I was reflecting on how much I think about and pray for my family and friends.

I also realized this month is menā€™s health emphasis month and I know Iā€™m not just concerned about my sisters health, Iā€™m concerned about our brothers as well. I am sure itā€™s the same with you; you care about the physical and mental well-being of your husbands, fathers, brothers, sons, nephews, and male friends.

Their well-being also contributes to our sense of peace, so why not talk a little bit about their health?

Today, Iā€™ll give you some quick reminders to help you help the men in your life become more aware of and take action to care for their health.

I hope this episode blesses you.

With Healing and Love šŸ˜Š
