I had no idea that breaking-up could be anything but heartbreak and sadness. Yet, I just had a separation that I can honestly describe as the most loving and courageous experience of my life. #MiraclesAbound
This is the most personal podcast I have recorded so far. I get really real and honest about what I learned and created from my recent long-term relationship and give you a set of resources to create a healthy relationship or separation - whatever you might need. I don’t claim to have all of the answers, but I have a lot of tools and a tonne of love. Hearts are complex and beautiful things. There is so much for me to still learn and process but, I believe in love again. I hope this episode serves you regardless of where you are in your relationships and helps you believe in love and yourself even more. Sat Nam
