How do you see the world? How would you like to see the world? Let's get real. It's easy to get stuck in negative thinking loops. If you've found yourself waiting for the other shoe to drop or focusing on the one negative thing that happened to you today I see you. Thinking this way does not make you a negative Nelly. It just makes you human.
You were born with a little something called negative bias. We all were. This is brain science. And by understanding the science, it's my hope that you will leave this episode with a more compassionate understanding of yourself.
You will learn:

About the power you have to control what you think and feel.

What science tells us about negative bias.

How your brain is hard wired.

Stats that will give you clarity around your thought patterns.

Three steps to override negative thinking and live a happier and healthier life.

And, this episode won't be dry because I'll connect you with all of this brain-body science by telling you a personal story, to help you know you are seen, understood, and never alone.
People and resources mentioned in this episode:
Dr. Rick Hanson, Buddha's Brain
