In today's episode I am sharing a personal experience and how I've been coping with stress, anxiety, and bottling up my emotions to mask the issue at hand.
Through alcohol and acting as if "everything is fine," I have gotten further away from equilibrium within myself. As of recently, I've been able to step into my emotions and feel all the things that I've had locked up so tight; the reasons behind my vice.
I knew for awhile now that I wanted to shift how I dealt with my emotions and really allowing myself to just feel my feelings rather than hiding from them or masking them; only later to let them explode onto everyone else...
I'm so happy and excited to share with you a few things that helped me step away from the unhealthy habits and into a more healthy release that has simultaneously provided me with comfort and stability of feeling my own damn feelings unapologetically!!!
