When Lauren Tatner was on her way home from work, she felt the urge to call her grandmother, who asked her a simple yet powerful question: "Are you happy?" Lauren immediately felt choked up, realizing she hadn't paused to ask herself whether she was happy or even knew what happiness meant. That conversation changed Lauren's life, making her reconsider her decisions and their reasons. It also turned out to be her last conversation with her grandmother, who passed away shortly after—this pivotal moment inspired Lauren to explore the power of positive thoughts and how they can shift negative emotions and beliefs.

In this episode, you will be able to:

1. Discover the path to happiness through laughter yoga and emotional wellness.

2. Build contentment as a solid foundation for experiencing true joy.

3. Personalize your laughter practices according to your preferences and cultural background.

4. Transform negative emotions and beliefs with the power of optimistic thoughts.

5. Recognize the importance of professional help in the journey of mental health and self-improvement.

About Lauren:

Lauren Tatner has long believed that every person is born with a natural ability to feel good. She derives joy from helping others to connect to this power and sense of well-being within them. Her deep understanding of the integration between the mind, body, and spirit sparked an interest in the ‘Universal Laws’ and pursuit of various wellness-oriented art forms. Through cultivating her special skill set over the years, she has enriched both her personal and professional life.

Lauren holds several credentials, including a bilingual (English/French) law degree from Université de Montréal's Faculty of Law and certification as a Reiki teacher, Certified Consulting Hypnotist, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, and CanFitPro Certified Fitness Instructor Specialist. In addition, she has trained in Theatre, Dance, Zumba Voice, Public Speaking, Improv Comedy Clowning, Specialized Hypnosis (from renowned American Psychiatrist Dr. Brian Weiss), Shamanism, and Qigong.

When giving talks or creating workshops in corporate or privately-run environments, Lauren draws on these diverse disciplines to deliver unique sessions tailored to each organization's needs.
