Here's what to expect on the podcast:

  • Why do many women pivot during menopause?
  • How do hormonal changes during menopause contribute to women's desire to change their lives?
  • Why is it essential to spread the message that menopause is a natural and normal part of a woman's life?
  • What is the ideal age for women to start preparing for menopause and its associated stages, aiming for a more comfortable transition?
  • And much more!

About Jeanne:

Jeanne Andrus was thrown out of her own life at the age of 48 by the onset of perimenopause. Over the next 4 years, she worked to regain her health and her happiness and found a new passion for making sure that women who wanted an alternative to the largely ineffective "Western medicine" approach to menopause would have the information and tools they need to thrive through menopause.

Jeanne spends much of the year in the New Orleans area, where she's part of 3 Mardi Gras "krewes" and the rest on the road seeing the parts of the US she's missed over the years. Jeanne Is the author of 5 books and the host of the Menopause Matters Podcast and TV Show!
