I’m guessing we’ve all had a stint of shite sleeps in our lives. And the majority of us have used at least one sleep aid or sleep supplement at some stage or another..


But which did you opt for? Over the counter sleeping tablets? Melatonin? Some sleepy or chamomile tea?


One option doing the rounds on social media these days is using magnesium as a sleep supplement. And with people swearing by it, we’re taking it upon ourselves to see if it’s something you should bother your arse with too.
