Welcome back to our podcast! We're excited to have Emily Thiroux Threatt returning to the show. Emily has gone through the experience of losing two husbands, as well as the deaths of several family members and friends. Through her experiences, she has gained a wealth of knowledge about the grieving process and has learned to face life with love, optimism, and joy.

Emily has always been a writer and has used writing as a way to express herself and deal with her grief. She has even taught writing and written books on the subject. After her second husband passed away, she turned to writing once again to help her cope with her loss. She then realized that writing could also help others who were dealing with grief.

In her new book, "Loving and Living Your Way Through Grief: A Comprehensive Guide to Reclaiming and Cultivating Joy and Carrying on in the Face of Loss," Emily provides guidance for navigating the ups and downs of grief. Her book is a comprehensive guide that offers practical advice and tools for reclaiming joy and carrying on in the face of loss. If you or someone you know is dealing with grief, then this episode is a must-listen.
