Kelly is a Yoga Ayurvedic Living Educator and senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. Kelly works from her Yoga Ayurveda Living Centre based in Setu Studio Space, Bungalow 7, Clarin bridge.

Kelly says “Ayurveda and Yoga balance what you need vs what you want. This is your medicine, you can call it stress relief, stress management, work life balance. It is relaxation and mental health for wellbeing. Yoga and Ayurveda are a simple path to wellness.”
