We all hate them!! We know that you're probably wondering "Ew, Bianca & Monique. We already know about it - why would you make this as an episode."
But you're not going to learn more about it if we just assume we know everything about it. We're merely sharing our experiences, tips, and how to get men to understand that this isn't just a time for us to be emotional. Am I right ladies?! Men think that we're overly emotional and cry about everything, don't know what we want to eat etc.... and to be honest, do they actually know what's going on with our hormones during the month.
