We haven't done a #yoga episode in a while so we thought we'd come at you with an episode about chakras. We briefly go over the different seven chakra's and explain more in detail about the root chakra.
When the chakras are balanced and spinning effortlessly life is beautiful. What better than to start with the root chakra, this is the first wheel of energy and it begins at the base of the spine.
