Today's episode is all about how you can't make people listen if they don't want to understand. We talk about the psychology of it -- how as humans we have 3 basic needs; survival, to be taken care of/care for others, + aspirations.
When our ego senses danger we quickly revert to whatever feelings are safe. We give you three examples of when people just don't want listen.
- Someone who's addicted to drugs/alcohol
- With our businesses when we ask/or give information about them
- Bad + toxic relationships
