In this episode, I drop some hard truths about what we as females bring to a first responder career and what challenges we will face, simply because we are female.
If you have EVER been interested in a career as a first responder but doubt your ability or have questions about what it's like- This is the episode for you. We discuss the skillset and gifts that are particular to females that help us in a first responder career and how to use them to your advantage to ensure longevity and happiness in your career.
We also get down and dirty about what can make it really, really hard when it comes to being a female in a first responder role and how to work to make it easier.
