Do you catch yourself regularly checking if the guy, that you are dating has texted you back? And if you don’t hear from him for a couple of hours, you start worrying that he has lost interest? Do you analyse the way he texts you, and his choice of words and whether he uses smileys or not, to an extent where it starts to feel almost obsessive? And do you worry what he thinks of you - much more than what you think of him?

Then you might be too attached, and in an unhealthy way.
