When you confront the people who created the trigger & you get their response---that's it---first step--WHAT DO YOU THINK?--now use that info to make further interventions like, NO, I do not consent to talking to you without the other person.

Data is important to make good decision & being a behaviorist, concussed at workplace (special educator), can't unlearn how to quantify what is considered non-quantifiable (qualitative data), but you can.
No hashtags. Just get it out! In the past, the place to put hashtags was another space to contain trauma until all characters were used up---that container is full so where's the next one to keep filling?--but also used as a way to check what I was hearing & if anything I just said or heard could bubble up like an environment where you take notes in---my favorite place. A lecture hall. Quiet, respectful, so much knowledge so maximum use of time/energy. This is part of a "no waste" philosophy that I adapted to put away the enormous amount of waste I witnessed.
