For so many years I thought stress was what motivated me and kept me going. And while stress was helping my already overtaxed adrenal system keep me functioning in a somewhat normal manner, it was a short term solution that if I hadn't changed course could have only lead to adrenal fatigue (or worse).

But even if stress is getting you moving, it isn’t sharpening your mind. It’s doing the exact opposite. Today we talk about the problem with stress. If there is a good form of stress. And how to actually sharpen your mind for your clearest and most creative thinking!
