We are excited to welcome Katie Dunlop of Love Sweat Fitness back on the podcast..only this time she is a new mama and has a whole nutrition line!

Katie created Love Sweat Fitness after her own 45lbs weight loss journey and total lifestyle makeover. Living with hypothyroidism, she struggled to find a healthy routine and eventually developed her own personal nutrition plan and fitness method, lost 45lbs, and fell in love with health and fitness. She became a certified personal trainer and used her own method to help countless women transform their lives and build their confidence! She runs LSF alongside her husband Ryan, building a community around women coming together to support each other in reaching their health and fitness goals through healthy recipe plans, "Move" app, a full nutrition line and successful Instagram page and YouTube channel!
