Anvita Dixit is a 22 year old Yoga Instructor who grew up a the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institution in Mumbai, India. Having had access to the spiritual Yogic teachings since an extremely young age, Anvita considers it her duty to share the information as authentically as possible. She is aiming to encourage Indian Youth to embrace their cultural heritage and be in sync with the art of Yoga. In order to do so, she uses digital media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. Apart from her commitment to the dissemination of Yogic knowledge, Anvita studies at King's College London as a Masters student, and freelances as a Writer, Public Speaker, Model and Dancer.

Furthermore, her entrepreneurial spirit led to the creation of a Yoga and Wellness Club in Mumbai in 2015 called SYNC along with an inter-collegiate wellness and fitness festival called 'Elysium' in 2017. Anvita strives to be the best version of herself and uses Yoga and the Arts to further her purpose of spiritual service and add value to her community of followers.
