Very proud of my #NorthCurlCurl intermediate class and their first attempt (and success) of the team hoop move we affectionately refer to as 'The Worm'. The Worm must be done with two or more participants. The Worm must also be performed to accompanying track Dr Worm by They Might Be Giants. People waiting in line to receive the hoop worm must cheer &/or dance in a worm like fashion.
