"Work Hard, Play Hard" 係唔少人嘅人生哲學，對香港空手道代表鄭栩彬（彬仔）嚟講亦然。無論係比賽定係玩，都要去盡先能夠獲得最大嘅滿足感。由青年組轉打成人組冇幾耐嘅呢位香港空手道新星，除咗早前喺亞錦賽凱旋而歸，亦曾經喺哈薩克攞過兩面亞青獎牌，但佢竟然話唔係咁想再去呢個地方？市民眼中嘅空手道運動員都比較嚴肅，彬仔喺呢個圈子係點自處㗎呢？椰青喺節目中同彬仔玩咗幾個殘酷二選一，今集《Sportsomate》一齊笑住聽吓呢位運動員嘅日常！
