Yesterday was the first full moon of 2021, also nicknamed the full Wolf Moon. The full moon is an excellent time for releasing, letting go, and clearing out the things that are no longer serving you. What are the habits, beliefs, tasks, or even people that are no longer serving you? In this week's episode of Financial Fridays, gain some suggestions to explore these aspects as it relates to your finances and other areas of your life including your health and relationships. With the moon in Leo, consider: where can you bring out that roar of the lion (or that howl of the wolf) to fully express your deepest desires?

How much time have you spent alone during the pandemic? How has it impacted your mental health and wellbeing? In this week's Unplugged segment, Coach Colette explores loneliness and the different experiences of BIPOC women. For women of color, our loneliness, anxiety, and depression often looks different than for white women. Our tears, grief, and sadness are not greeted with the same level of compassion as the tears, grief, or loss of our white counterparts. So, we tend to build up a resistance and not speak about the things that are bothering us. Coach Colette shares statements from the Revised UCLA Loneliness Scale so you can rate yourself and examine your level of loneliness.
