In this episode Karen and Mary discuss RaDonda Vaught, a former RN from Tennessee who was convicted of reckless homicide and impaired adult abuse after she was accused of inadvertently injecting a patient with a deadly dose of a paralyzing drug Vecuronium.
The case has swept the nations medical community, more specifically nurses, as Vaught's conviction sets a dangerous precedent for reporting medical errors.
